Our raw materials, accessories and screens are sourced from BYD, Samsung and LG, respectively. Our monthly capacity is 300,000 MIDs and we can finish OEM/ODM orders within seven days for 1,000 pieces. We invest $700,000 every year in our R&D composed of a designer for appearance and function with a doctoral degree and work experience from Skyworth as well as a designer for product structure with five years of experience. They can provide new customized samples in four to six months. If you customize our normal items, they can finish the sample in at least 30 days. They also provide professional suggestions on market positioning and product configuration. We also attend eight exhibitions each year to collect new product information.
Our AQL is 0.15, and was made possible by our 450 QC personnel with two to three years' working experience making sure we meet ISO, CE, UL, FCC and RoHS standards and pass ITS tests.
